3. Acceptable Use of Services

The eTanauan portal is designed to facilitate document requests (Barangay Clearance, Certificate of Indigency, Business Permits), appointment scheduling, and incident reporting. You agree NOT to:

• Submit fraudulent or forged identity documents.
• Request official certificates using false personal details.
• File malicious, false, or fabricated community incident reports.
• Attempt to breach or disrupt the system's database or security configuration.

4. Document Issuance and Fees

All document requests made through the portal are subject to validation by Barangay Staff. Approved documents must be collected in person at the Barangay Hall unless otherwise specified. Any applicable fees must be settled in accordance with official local ordinances.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

eTanauan is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to provide reliable service, the barangay does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or immediate processing results. To the extent permitted by law, the barangay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
